I think I finally understand why...
why usually Arrow leaders would prefer their "meh mehs" to serve within Arrow...stick within Arrow...form Godly alliance within Arrow...& hopefully, find a life partner within Arrow...

because it is within Arrow... that we find the people are not so clique-ish...they behave like a family...been there, done that, sometimes I juz wished I didn't step out but still, I thank Amy (yes if you're reading this) for allowing me to...sooner or later...when we hit 29...we still gotta step out...so prolly, stepping out is a good experience...well again, like the old campus' tagline "real people real love real God" ... Arrow people live up to it 'til today...

I see the real love still oozing out of my I.M. team ...
when you're out of Arrow, you see different things...sometimes, although people are nice to you in front, very welcoming, yet behind you, despise your youth, don't like you cuz you're from Arrow/Dare...don't wanna include you for their outings, because they think you're too young & uncool...
SO WRONG, ARROW IS THE HAPPENING & HYPER LOVING BUNCH!
As for the people outside Arrow...Well ...same thing goes for office politics, I guess they are at that age where they face it most of the time...

Looking here & there, I have finally realized why Arrow leaders love to have us within Arrow, and not go out so soon. Like little birds, we shouldn't be too eager to flap our wings too soon. We may not be as ready as we think we are. Serve, rest, play, love within Arrow (home), CG/Little ministry depts (family), Cluster (Big Family), CGLS/heads/ics(Spiritual Big sis/bro)...sometimes we are not prepared for the world outside Arrow...things are very different...challenging...
