Met up with Jean before the orientations to go together. HAHA. Taught her of a shortcut way to get to Noel Building...after going there for the I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY TIMES... since Arrow days... yes, I figured out the supersonic ways... we can get to Noel Building from Hougang / Kovan in just less than 30 minutes! Anyway, I like talking to Jean... though she's only 15...
She's really interesting to talk to!

Orientations was super cool! Definitely the OFFICIAL pioneering batch.

Ice breaking games was super nice as well. HAHA. We were playing some kinda boxed up games... To sign your name against the things you have done before... (:
& 2 things I could sign against... "served at least 2 ministries in NCC" and "performed in a musical before"...From there, I realized that there was another Linda in PERFORMING ARTS MINISTRY itself!!!
she was one of the winners... and Amanda read out, from her paper, finding out who's who... and as I signed on.."served in at least 2 ministries in NCC before" ... and said, "Linda... who?" I waved and she asked... "which 2 ministries?" I said... "ermm.. last time... RSM & Arrow Décor" =X
a couple of "wows" across the room. LOL.

Then on to the next games...
We were formed into teams...
and coincidentally, the other Linda, Shavonne, Daryl, Joel, Teresa was in my team and Mark Chong was my team leader! So, it's a youth team, almost! & DOUBLE LINDA's'... Cuz GenRev & Arrow people, those who were in the ministry all into ONE TEAM! We were asked to name the teams ourselves and we were called the MILO DINOSAURS, thanks to Joel Gan.

Haha and after all the teams had our own cheers, WE HAD A "PASS THE MESSAGE" game
man, there were 2 rounds... in which one was a super dee duper challenging TONGUE TWISTER. Gosh. It was super corny how the message got passed around... And the 2nd round, was a HIPPOPOTAMOUS. Haha.

Finally... after the games...It was time for the official sharing about Performing Arts Ministry!
Stephanie, our ministry head... came forward and shared... about the ministry... and herself!
Introducing the ministry's mission this year. it's FELLOWSHIP DOING THAT ONE THING TOGETHER. Sooooooooo in line with whatever I put down for one of the wish...
=) Then... the organization chart... Production's gonna work with Stephanie, Edmas & Julina!!!
Dancer's with Jewel and Drama's with Amanda! (: and Performing Arts Ministry is gonna have quarterly meetings and TWICE A MONTH FELLOWSHIP. Almost like a care group, no wonder... Jane said that P.A. might be having their own care groups within... But it's a fellowship? Followed by the events that PERFORMING ARTS IS GONNA BE INVOLVED IN! ^^ so exciting... Easter to Zone to Mid Autumn to Christmas!

After which, Stephanie shared about herself... and some bible verses plus passing anointing oil around to all of us and pray together. Told us about her son, full time counselor in church, her husband, her son and since when she came to church... (she's a REALLY OPEN leader *wow* she really shared alot about herself) Of course, she BELIEVES that PERFORMING ARTS MINISTRY is gonna be A GREAT AND DIFFERENT MINISTRY. hehe. People of talent yeah! LOL, when Stephanie was asking questions, surprisingly, all of us were super quiet. When she asked, what is Sozo, I answered fadingly, healing! Yet I thought she didn't hear... =X... Then she said, healing.. good.. somemore? Then I whispered to Jean, I thought she didn't hear me..I must have been quite loud...

Thereafter, we all break up into groups... Productions, Drama & Dance...
Productions was to report to Stephanie.... Drama to Amanda & Dance to Jewel...
We all went one round to introduce ourselves... it was great to get to know one another!

Anyway 3 Linda's' in productions, I'm gonna be known as Judith soon. HAHA.

AND THERE'S 2 SCHOOLMATES IN PERFORMING ARTS!

Surprisingly, this kind guy, oh yeah his name's Wilz... from my Productions side... shouted... going to Punggol, WHO WANTS A LIFT? I said, Kovan, too far... as I was just standing next to him... HAHA, he said Kovan not so far actually... on the way... So I told him, you wait I ask Jean first...cuz we're going back together... then he said .. ok lor... you ask Jean first...

So he dropped quite a number of people off - Cheryl, Isaac, and Cindy, from hougang to seng kang to pasir ris to punggol! He dropped us off at Hougang Mall cuz I requested to... as Jean was living in Hougang and I also wanted to check out some stuff there... Had dinner at Pastamania (NEW! IN HOUGANG MALL!) and headed off to walk around... Hougang Mall seemed like a second "town area" now...after all the revamping and new shops... WOW.

Anyway, went home after that... =)
a satisfying day! Thank You Jesus (:
